The project is expected to break ground in September.  Kalb Industries is the general contractor, with SH Architecture as the architect of record.  3G Construction Group has been retained  by the general contractor to act as their green consultant.   The generous contributions of the Ralph and Betty Engelstad Foundation are making this project a reality for the community.
